# Integrations

> Connect Nexudus to your accounting software, door access, Wi-Fi, and other services, and find the setup guide for each integration.

## Overview

Integrations connect Nexudus to the other services you use to run your space — your accounting software, door locks, Wi-Fi, printers, calendars, and more. Each integration is set up separately for each location, so different locations can use different services or accounts.

## How to access

Go to **Settings → Integrations**. Integrations are grouped by category, and the ones you've turned on are listed at the top under **Active Integrations**. Select an integration to see its settings, whether it's free or paid, and a link to its documentation.

## Connecting an integration

**1. Choose the location**

Switch to the location that will use the integration. Network locations can have their own credentials and settings.

**2. Check the requirements**

Most integrations need an account with the provider, and some need specific hardware or a paid plan. The guide for each integration lists what you need.

**3. Connect and configure**

Open the integration in **Settings → Integrations**, connect your account or enter its credentials, choose its options, and save.

**4. Test it**

Try the integration with a test customer, invoice or booking before relying on it.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Turning off or disconnecting an integration can stop invoice transfers, door access, Wi-Fi access or payments for your customers. Check what depends on it first.
