# Envoy

> Send your customers to Envoy visitor management so they can receive and pre-register visitors at your front desk.

## Overview

**Envoy** is visitor management software for your lobby — visitor sign-in, deliveries and document signing. The integration uploads your customers to Envoy as hosts, so they're notified when visitors arrive and can pre-register visitors themselves.

The integration is free in Nexudus. You need an Envoy account.

## Connecting Envoy

1. In Envoy, create an API key.
2. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Envoy**, turn on **Enable Envoy integration.**, and enter the **Envoy API key**.
3. Save, then select **Import customer to envoy** to send your customers to Envoy.
