Mute Thread

Toggles the authenticated customer’s mute status on a thread. Muting suppresses notifications for replies on the thread.

Authentication

Requires a valid customer bearer token.

Path Parameters

threadId · number · required

Numeric identifier of the thread.

Response

Returns a 200 OK on success.
