Overview

The events and ticketing module displays your event calendar in the Members Portal and lets customers browse, register for, and purchase tickets to your events. You can also control ticket cancellation policies, billing behaviour, and attendee notifications. Navigate to Settings → Modules → Events in the Nexudus dashboard to configure these settings. Ticket-specific checkout settings are also available at Settings → Sign-up and checkout → Checkout.

Events calendar feed

When events are enabled, an iCal feed URL is generated automatically. You can subscribe to this feed from any calendar application to see upcoming events.
  • Events — the events listing and calendar page customers see in the portal
  • Event checkout — the ticket purchase flow
  • My events — the customer’s purchased tickets and registrations
